I've never had a linear career. I've had a squiggle through sales, marketing, human resources, recruitment and general management in some of the largest global organisations in the world such as Viacom, Accenture, EMI Records, Nine Entertainment and Bauer Media. Six eras across twenty years — and three roles that were made redundant along the way. The corporate roles I've thrived in have always been the ones where there's real complexity to navigate, senior relationships and teams to manage, and where someone needs to bring both commercial judgement and genuine care for people to the table.

I was awarded Mentor of the Year at the Travel Industry's Women in Travel Awards in 2018 and completed post graduate study in Counselling and Positive Psychology to pursue my interest in helping people to reach their potential.

From the outside, it might look like a career that couldn't make up its mind, but for me, it was always intentional. Each move taught me something the previous one couldn't and I have always followed my passions along the way.

For seven years of my career, I lived in London and travelled to over 40 countries in my pursuit of understanding different cultures and ways of working and thinking. I now live in Sydney Australia with my family and I enjoy connections from all around the world.
